iPhone faces competition from Android handsets
SINGAPORE: Apple's iPhone will likely dominate the high-end smartphone market in the next five years but faces strong competition from handsets using Google's Android platform, a research firm said yesterday. By 2015, total mobile application downloads in the Asia-Pacific are forecast to reach 5.30 billion, of which 597.15 million, or about 11 per cent, will be for the iPhone, technology industry consultancy Ovum said. Responsibility of economy promoters
There is a lively debate in Macedonia over the staff hired to promote Macedonia’s economy abroad. If You Tweet It, Japan Will Come [Voices]

By Daisuke Wakabayashi, Reporter, The Wall Street Journal

Japan loves a craze. And the excitement for Twitter in Japan these days is reaching a fever pitch. Magazines explaining the Twitter phenomenon crowd newsstands, and television news programs run specials about the microblogging service.
